It exists. THE ACTUAL RELEASE DATE IS STILL TBD, due to some truly hellish chronic illness flares. (But it’s on Goodreads!) Jan 11th was a tentative goal, and I’m still pushing super-hard for January, but it’s not a Total Lock. (Thanks, Hell Body.) So no pre-orders yet. That’ll be when I have more #confirmed.
But, just like Chameleon Moon, 2nd Edition and Runtime, there’ll be a free short story bonus with pre-orders when they come. And that IS done, and will be available really soon. (Like to grab early on its own.) Like, today/tomorrow. Gotta show you this boogie is for real.
AND HONESTLY IF I CAN SCREAM FOR A SECOND, this cover is one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen. (Book 1′s cover is another one!) Laya Rose is an amazing artist, and a blessing and a gift upon this world, and having her art on my (newly relaunched, fully mine) books is one thing 2016 got incredibly right. I can’t believe the attention and care and love she poured into this (and lots of other surprise present art, just because? ;A; ) and how well she understands the story and characters and what I’m trying to do here. I’m just so happy and excited for this story, to share it and show you what comes next. Which, especially right now, health-wise, is kind of a big thing.
2016′s just been a hell of a year. For a lot of us, in a lot of ways. And I can’t think of a better way to kick this thing out the door, and start the new year off with some serious Good. May it be good. May it be filled with love and success and joy instead of suffering and fear. May we find people who make us feel safe and strong and adored and brave. May you find a lifeline to hold onto and a signal to guide you home.
